Total played time: On this character 21 days, but I used to main Warrior in WoD and Shaman in all of Legion but ToS - So I guess around 150 days total.

Guild and raid info

Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them: Eminence Ravencrest - Reason for leaving is that it basically died due to Legion being so grindy, and a lot of players going casual, really good players. I went on a 3 week vacation, and had arrangements with officers and good players lined up. EVERYTHING was planned out, and vacation was given with 6 months notice, and yet players still managed to just fuck about and go casual.
Now I'm over trying to be a GM, even though it was a success (top 300 NH prenerf gul + eli) and top 180 progression in ToS 6/9 (they killed Mistress without me, I have 200 pulls and know the fight).

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum? I have actively searched for a high level guild which raids 3 times a week, and found you to be the best fit.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU? I am always prepared, not just with potions flask and runes, no like really prepared. Having to make strats for 20 people being a GM and RL, I still like to look up tacs and make sure I am up to date with nearly all info available, because thats how I am as a person.

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you? No I do not.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)? I never raided seriously until WoD where i got cutting edge each tier, and killed Archimonde world top 400 with Ethic on Ravencrest. In ToS I have been a raid leader / gm the entire expansion, and climbed from world 1000 Emerald Nightmare to world 300 Nighthold to world 180 progression in ToS.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum Serious raids, people showing up, respect for eachothers decision making, and generally just a good place to play and relax.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids? Yes.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance) I never expect to miss one, so should it happen it would be given in due notice.

How much do you play outside of raiding times? Any chance I get, so like 20+ hrs.

How would you describe yourself as a raider? I always pride myself on being great on mechanics. I like to say I am adaptable, if there is a need for high dmg output, I bring it by being highest dps for that specific moment, or that add. Or if someone is needed to change soak position at the last second on ex. "Hydra shot" I will cancel my aimed shot cast at sprint there. I am an expert at cancelling my cast and running to a do a mechanic.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance? Exorsus / WA2 / Bigwigs
