Lucid - Casual guild formed with a few friends in which I was a raid leader. Decided to leave as I wanted to push myself further and decided to look for a guild that would suite what I wanted.

Revenant - Guild disbanded after a long period of roster issues due to most of the better players trickling out and trials that were to replace them arguably did not show as much potential during progression. I left while on good terms with the officers there.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
Wowprogress. I knew some people that were in the guild back during Ulduar/ICC.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
I have known about Inner Sanctum and it's iterations on Silvermoon for many years. I know that the guild has always aimed for top rankings for both server and world. I'm looking for a guild that is stable and share a similar mindset and goals of reaching for the top.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum?
A guild that has a similar mindset and are serious when it comes to progression. I expect each player to dedicate time to maximise their potential in preparation for raids.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance) I can attend all of the scheduled raid days. I don't miss raids often but if it does come to that case I would usually notify an officer in advance.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
Generally around 5 hours. I spent a lot of time prior to 7.2.5 pushing high keys for the challenge and will continue to do so.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
Someone who is open to feedback,criticism and always willing to improve. I also always like to communicate with the healing team for general feedback on how they are finding the fights and how we can min/max our classes in the most optimal way to get the best out of our progress pulls.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
Bigwigs, Exorsus Raid Tools, WeakAuras, Clique and Elvui.
