For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft? Start of WotLK Total played time: 750 days Time played on current character in current expansion: 52 days (took break from December 15th-Feb26th) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Guild and raid info Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them: RETRY - my first intro back into raiding since MoP, I had high hopes and I made a lot of friends but the attitude towards progress in general was pretty casual - the biggest hit came when we were supposed to do splits prior to Mythic week and only 8/24 members had geared alts to 850+ standard. Core members of the raid team started flaking and leaving which lead me to quit for ~~2 months. Azys - right now I am still in Azys. Our raidleader has decided to step down and has said if he raids it will be elsewhere - his girlfriend is also leaving who is core to our healer team. This takes our current roster to 18 with 17 looking very likely as one more is looking to step down. I have no bad blood with anyone in the guild. I also much prefer the 3 day raiding calendar. How did you hear about Inner Sanctum? Have a friend in the guild - Matt (devilssangel) Have heard of Inner Sanctum a lot over the years Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU? The climb Inner Sanctum made in Nighthold is incredible if I'm honest, which shows a level of organisation and commitment that’s desirable in a competing guild. Everything I’ve done outside of PvE has been super competitve in my eyes, and I want to continue this trend in this aspect too. I’ve PvP’d at a decent level for the times I’ve played - got first Glad in s11 with noliferqt/stonedirl and my 2nd in wod s1. I want to be able to log onto a character and feel completely comfortable to play a challenging class and be able to adapt to what the game throws at me. Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you? Devilssangel, i enquired with him first about the rogue spot, and he said he can vouch for me What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)? Vanilla:/ The Burning Crusade:/ Wrath of the Lich King: Started in ICC, killed Lich King at 25%~~ Cataclysm: Raided first tier with Lost Society on Shattered Halls > moved to Tarren Mill with guild which disbanded and moved to Fallout to complete 8/8 Firelands hc pre curve. After Firelands I solely played for PVP Mist of Pandaria: Cleared MSV hc with Resolute on Ghostlands - then took hiatus for school etc Warlords of Draenor: Came back in April time last year and raided with RETRY for 13/13 (was far past progress) Legion: 7/7 with Retry in EN - most of core left, so i quit 10/10 with Azys What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum I expect a good community of players a welcome social atmosphere while pushing competitive progress. Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids? Yes, I have no problem having responsibilities that require me to be vocal. Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance) Yes How much do you play outside of raiding times? Pretty much 24/7 whenever not at Lectures How would you describe yourself as a raider? Live near London. I play a variety of online games with irl friends and online friends alike. I am a very active member of multiple discord servers. Class theorycrafting is probably my favourite part of competitive PvE. Even though I play rogue right now I still heavily theorycraft both my dk and my rogue - mostly through higher end discords that really get into the nitty gritty of specs as opposed to reading the already processed and recycled data you get from others. I sit on warcraftlogs daily looking at other people’s timeline casts to see how they play the specs and adapt to the different mechanics with cd usage.
