General info Character name: Zarohxtnt Battletag: RaZ#2134 Race, class, level, Artifact Level server: Orc, Shaman, 110, 43, Draenor Talent spec: Restoration For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft? - I have been playing wow for almost 9 years now except for small breaks here and there. Total played time: Way too long, dont know the exact number but im sure i've spent more than 12000 hours in this game. Time played on current character in current expansion: 40 days. Guild and raid info: Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them: - I raided with a guild called Versatile since the middle of HFC until about 2 months ago when i left. I was a healing officer in the guild and felt like my work wasnt really appriciated with all the time I put into making up healing cd rotations and trying to manage our healing team where there was some shitty drama here and there. Eventually I got really burnt out being an officer which led to me wanting to leave the guild because of some disagreements with the guild master. Now I wanna get back into raiding and get ready for ToS. How did you hear about Inner Sanctum? - I spent quite some time browsing wowprogress to see try to find a good guild. So basically I just found you guys looking on there. Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU? - I was really impressed by how little pulls you guys have to kill bosses which means that your progression probably goes pretty smooth along with the guild being around and being competitive for a very long time. You should accept me because i'm a super competitive player that is always looking to improve and gladly take constructive critisim. I learn fights really quick and i'm really hard on myself if i make mistakes. Im vocal when needed and will do whatever it takes to make sure we get the kill on for example progression bosses as fast and smoothly as possible even if it would mean that i'm on the bench to run a more viable healing composition for that fight! Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you? - I don't know anybody in the guild at all but i'm usually pretty easy to get along with so I doubt it will take long to make friends  What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)? - I started originally raiding in wrath of the lich king with a guild called Nil Sine Labore on Spinebreaker playing a restoration druid. At this point I was in a very casual chill guild but I cleared it on normal. In cata I joined another guild together with my real life friend called Epics Inc on Ghostlands, this guild was also very casual and I raided with them throughout Bastion of Twilight and Firelands. In this guild I played resto druid aswell but also a bit of retribution paladin. After this i took quite a long break and didn't raid again until Siege of Orgrimmar where I was playing holy/disc priest with a guild called Goon Squad on Defias-Brotherhood. The guild ended up disbanding rather soon after I joined due to the GM quitting the game. I was pretty annoyed by this since I tried really hard to get into the guild. After this I played mostly pvp for a very long time and spent a lot of time on private servers until in about the middle of WoD where I joined Versatile on Ravencrest Where I played for the longest time as previously mentioned, about 2 months ago. What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum - Skilled group of individuals who aim to clear content at a competitive speed whilst having fun and bantering around. Im all for inside jokes and memes! Also having a constructive environment where we push eachother to be better players Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids? - Yes and yes Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance) - I will be at every raid and in case a real life emergency pops up which is very unlikely when I had close to 100% attendance in my old guild or that I would be going on for example a one week vacation I will make sure to announce it well in time before raid. How much do you play outside of raiding times? - Quite a lot, I'm usually on every day doing world quests, mythic plus, gearing alts etc. I pretty much play the game whenever im free to do so. How would you describe yourself as a raider? - Alert, vocal, able to give and take constructive critisism very well. Always looking to improve and maximize my cooldown usage and spell usage to make the most out of my class. I usually think im pretty adaptive and can make changes during a fight for whatever reason is needed. I never rage at anyone else but myself if i make a stupid mistake  What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance? - WeakAuras are the main factor of my raiding performance, I also use Details! for healing and damage meters, Exorsus raid tools, BigWigs and Quartz (cast bar addon).
