For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft?
It will be quite a long time now but I can say 9 years. Mostly though on private servers since at the beginning of WoW I was child and couldn't afford paying for retail and internet connection wasn't that common at that time. Started in Pandaria on retail.

Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
Enter - During EN M I joined them though progression was basically slow and there was no leadership which would be able to coordinate guild members during encounters, no guild bank managment, guild chat was mainly just to post what loot you got - no groups for m+ or helping each other with questions, my suggestions were not taken seriously since most of the members in guild were older than me and didn't have that dedication to play as I had.

Bragnugg - I was an officer in that guild for a long time. Joined them during EN M, back then they were not good at all, they didn't know how to play their classes and generally progression was just about getting ppl so we could have raid, not with some goal that we would like to achieve, we can compare it to kinda social guild. Then I started to perform myself much better than others in terms of tactics as well as performance in numbers, most of the members were angry at me since I wanted to achieve more and more and my guild members were not able to keep a step with me neither traitwise nor gearwise ( was doing lot of m+). After I became an officer things changed and I took in some good players + I helped a lot with raid leading, that's mainly why we were able to get 8/10 M. In past few weeks the attitude towards me from the other officers were inapproprite since they had a feeling I am overtaking them in leadership and they felt uncomfortable so they rejected most of my opinions and when I mentioned that they should talk more with ppl in guild so they can have an image of problems in guild as well as what guild members think about tactics or in case they are unsure about something, then to ask one of officers to help. Though they didn't want to hear about it since they, as they stated: " Didn't have that much time as I had. " and " Didn't want to do stuff they are not assigned for". So after that I realised that I don't want to stay on same lvl all the time and the only option is whether to replace some of the officers or me to find a new guild, I just left after a discussion with two of the officers. I am dedicated player with taste for challenge (ToV M Helya) and that was in contradition with their opinions.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
When I am looking for a good guild I am usually going through logs and videos on youtube to see how people are performing, hear the raid leader talking so I can make an opinion about how it looks like in the guild, also we were talking in guild most of the time about better guilds how they are doing with their progression, comparing them, etc. I approached one of your officers and asked if you are still recruiting as it is written on wowprogress, he told me that yes it's true so I put here an app.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
Among with Halo is Inner Sanctum one of the 2 best guilds on Silvermoon and as I already mentioned I am dedicated player and I felt in every guild before on retail in the way that my skills and knowledge is underestimated or not needed in case the guild's aims were not that high.
I think Inner Sanctum will gain, in case I will be accepted, much more than just an exceptional player who is able to understand tactics 100%, do the assigned job and understand what raid leader wants in 1-2 pulls but also a very friendly person who is always there to help, no matters what it is as well as dedicated person ready for every challenge which will stand in front of me.
Secondly, I can take criticism and I know that bench is for healthy guild to have a healthy roster, so in case I would be benched it's not something after what I would leave. I am not looking for short term lasting guild where I will just come and get loot, then leave but more for a guild where I can stay, prove my knowledge and skills and surely improve myself as well as help others who need it.

No, so far I don't know anybody from Inner Sanctum.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?

1. I started to play during TBC on private servers, mainly on Feenix wow (not that many bugs in raid instances). Cleared KZ,ML,GL,SSC, TK, BT as well as MH (was paladin tank/resto shaman). SWP only 2/6. Was considered as one of the 3 most experienced tank paladins in the game at that moment as well as highly geared and theorycrafted a lot with resistance gear. Guilds Symphony, Hex, Brave, Death Wish (best guilds on server)- Besides Feenix I was playing on many other TBC servers since I am fan of Burning Crusade, but my achievements were not that big as there so no need to mention other servers.

2. Then in WotLK (mostly resto sham,holy paladin) I played on:

3. I didn't play that much Cataclysm since I didn't like that much that expansion but still:
BWD 10 and 25 N full clear
TotFW 10 and 25 N cleared
Didn't have a guild at that time and was kinda hard times in my life so I played from time to time just to keep track of lore.

4. MoP was the time when I started to play on retail. Though I was't playing hardcore at all, most of the raid instances I have done on LFR difficulty. But SoO full cleared on normal and heroic difficulty as well, I just hacen't tried mythic since I didn't find appropriate guild.

5. WoD I played semi hardcore as I enjoyed datadisk quite a lot.
HM normal and heroic cleared - later we cleared mythic
BRF normal and heroic cleared - later we cleared mythic
HFC normal and heroic cleared - few first bosses on mythic

6. At the moment is Legion for me as a reminder of BC that's why I started to play a lot and also trying to achiev something in this game.
EN Mythic cleared with cutting edge (killed Xavius on HC first week with pug)
ToV Mythic 2/3 - my previous guild didn't want even talk about Helya mythic, it was same with heroic difficulty some I made a pug first week and killed it after 9 hours of progression) - was raidleading it
NH 7/10 personally since I wasnt on kill this sunday as other officers didn't take me in because as they stated "We didn't realise you wanted to join the raid, we have seen you online but you haven't told us." - I won't comment it.
I should have been 8/10 as we wiped on 4 % all the time on Star Augur and on kill I wasn't invited.

I have done lots of mythic + as well as I have had few of top 10 mythic + runs and was one of top 100 paladin healers in the world - gearwise, ap wise and mythic + score wise.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum

I expect friendly atmosphere with experienced leadership who can guide people during encounter and call out stuff which is necessary to be called, players who are tacticwise, gearwise and brainwise at same or higher level than I am and surely progression and dedication which will ensure us top rank on realm. Also I would like to see people improving themselves in case they are not performing maximum of their classes and be up to date, reading stuff about their classes and be talkative. I am not loot greedy so I don't really care much about loot as I know that some day I will get the item that I need and it's up to the decision which should be correctly made by officers and raidleader.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?

Yes I have microphone and I do not hesitate to use it.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance)

Yes, I can attend all of your raid times and in case I need to miss a raid I will surely let know officers about it so we can avoid questions such as: " Does anybody know where is that guy ?" I usually have really good attendace so I don't think it will be a problem in this guild for me to attend all of the raids.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?

Depends, but usually I am 6-8 hours daily, sometimes more but I am one of those players who are playing most of the time and you can catch me online every day.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?

As I mentioned previously, I am not loot greedy so I know one day I will get the item that I need and I believe, in case there are experienced leaders, that I will get it when I will deserve it. I am calm guy with good suggestions and opinions which can be taken in consideration before or after raid and can improve overall performance of raiders. I prefer to micromanage a lot of things which can have a big effect on whole fight by talking to other members who are playing with me, in case its needed or it will help. I always try to push maximum from my class and in case I am not able to I read forums, articles, check logs and talents of other (better) players for certain encounter so I can improve myself. I am able to take any criticism but on the other hand I won't let somebody slapping my face in case it's not my fault. Besides that I would consider myself as a really nice person to raid with and player that you should have in your raid roster.

Though I would like to mention 2 things:
1. As an officer in the guild I was always trying to help people with tactics and usually it meant sacrificing my dps or my healing as I picked less efficient talents so other hpaladin could benefit more since he had legendary ring and I haven't.
2. I rerolled sp just before NH since it was for us inefficient to have 2 holy paladins in the raid and druid healer + shaman on bench (since we had more healers and we were in need of rdps). Eventhough it was before NH I think I have mastered SP quite a lot and it won't take me long to bring it to perfection.

Yes I would like to know one of the top players in the world and be part of a community that would like to improve itself as whole and don't tunnelvision or think only about themselves but think about guild as whole. It helps a lot and I am looking for something like that hoping that I can find it in your guild.
