Guild and raid infoPrevious guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:After Hours was my first guild on Silvermoon, which was a very good guild, until a lot of people went missing during Blackhand progression in WoD and therefor i had to switch to a more active guild. Joined Transcend for HFC progression. We were doing really well and progressed quite fast through mythic, but at some point we just hit a wall and the guild stopped raiding.
Joined Merge with who i progressed till Mannoroth, but after 2 months of doing that, the guild chose to sadly disband instead. Then I joined Revenant before the start of Legion and have been raiding with them till now with over 95% attendance. Leaving Revenant comes down to the guild having a lot of people who shouldn't even have the game installed. I got nothing bad to say towards people running the guild but it has been a shitshow for a long time, most of our core lineup has left and people who replaced them haven't really shown any real potential.
How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?wowprogress and generally hearing people talk highly about this guild.
Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?I'm a dedicated raider and capable of doing everything this game has to offer. Reason for joining is to get into a solid guild before tomb of sargeras comes out and if Ret's continue to be useful in certain fights then i'd be happy to help.
Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you? Nop, might have some old guild mates from the time i played WoD since guilds i were in fell left and right, but i haven't familiarized myself with the core raiding team yet.
What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?Played hunter during Cataclysm and progress through Heroic Dragon Soul. Switched to Ret paladin during MoP where i was mostly raiding casually due to school n work. Started to take raids more seriously in WoD and kept getting into better and better guilds. If WoD wasn't as bad as it was and guilds didn't disband after every 3-4 months, it would have been awesome. I missed out on a lot of cutting edge kills because of that. After hours quitting during blackhand, transcend/ merge at mannoroth etc. So yeah, if that wasn't an issue i think i would have a much better record to show.
What do you expect from raiding in Inner SanctumI hope i can be useful in all encounters, depending on how many people you guys have to choose from for each fight and how flexible the roster is. I expect to push my class and skill to the limit when it comes to getting server first kills and expect to be a part of your core raiding lineup for years to come.
Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?Yes. I'm not a loud person and i don't ever rage or cause drama. I call out things that need to be called and respond to people when they address me.
Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance)
Attendance has never been a problem for me.
How much do you play outside of raiding times?I do all the normal/ heroic raids each weak(EN/ToV/NH). I push some keys, usually to 16 or so (depending on the mods). If i'm close to new trait i farm it out before the raid starts. I do all the emissary quests and Broken Shore quests.
How would you describe yourself as a raider?I find this game to be quite easy from a personal point of view. I usually learn a fight within the first 3-5 tries and doing my rotation is not ever a problem, which allows me to focus well on timers and raid mechanics.
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?WeakAura, DBM, Dominos, TellMeWhen, TidyPlates, Simulationcraft+Prat.

Info about you and what you do when not playing WoW:Not too much to talk about myself. I have been playing games since i was 5 and gaming is my main passion. I work as a computer technician in an IT store.
Watching sports / esports has been a pleasant hobby for me for a long time as well.
My favorite CS GO team is fnatic and favorite football team is FC Bayern München.
As far as playing other games go, i'm very much into Path of Exile and CS GO. In general diablo styles games and rpg's appeal to me the most. I tend to take most games i play very seriously and i'm a very competitive person in general. I've ranked quite highly in most games i played and i always look for a challenge in em.
