General info Character name: Tendashi Battletag: Mitz#2761 Race, class, level, Artifact Level server: Human, Monk, 110, 46 and Silvermoon  Talent spec: Windwalker For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft? Off an on since vanilla Total played time: I have no idea.. but its incredibly higher, higher than im proud to admit i'd say Time played on current character in current expansion: 47 Days. Guild and raid info Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them: Failures -> Incrementum, I'm leaving them, because I feel like this is a failed merger, where I'm very unhappy with how the guild is being lead.. I've stayed loyal in Failures for what feels like forever, even tho we've had no real progress due to a lack of raiders for quite a bit. Now I'm hoping for something more serious, tho yet enjoyable. How did you hear about Inner Sanctum? Through a friend, Kaldric. and through WoWprogress. Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU? I'm applying to Inner Sanctum, in the knowledge that I don't have the current kills that you might prefer to see from an applicant, but I'm a very active player, quick learner, and aim to help whereever i possibly can. I'm basically always on WoW, due to a lack of a social life combined with me currently being a student, so I'm pretty much always available. I'm hoping to find a new home with Inner Sanctum, and I'm hoping to have a nice experience raiding again, since the last couple weeks has been a letdown for me. I'm very flexible, and I have a 904 Resto druid, which I play almost equally well as I do my monk. Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you? I do not know anyone from Inner Sanctum currently, but I'm applying, and I know my friend, who suggested Inner Sanctum will too soon-ish.. Possibly our main healer from Failures too. What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)? Back in WoD I was 11/12 Mythic HFC, I raided in a guild on Draenor named Latinus Namus, here I stayed for quite a while, but due to reasons with some real life friends I decided to move to Silvermoon and try further enjoy my experience here. In Legion I've been in a few unlucky places, guildwise, but I ended up in Failures, which I enjoyed quite a bit, tho this guild had it's problems, we managed to get Cutting Edge Xavius, and were moving into NH with our heads kept high, but due to a lack of members and members having a hard time progressing mythic, we were suddenly in a lack of members, which meant I ended up stuck on 3/10 mythic, sadly. What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum I expect a capable raiding team with a good organized adminstration, where I can find my new home, and have a bunch of new friends, whom I enjoy playing and raiding with. Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids? Yes and yes Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance) I can attend them all, and I expect to never miss a raid unless something critical comes up IRL. How much do you play outside of raiding times? Pretty much all the time. How would you describe yourself as a raider? I'm flexible, happy, capable and a quick learner, and if I'm making mistakes, I'm always quick to improve and never do them again. I've always loved strifing for being the very best I can, which means I actively look through my logs and try figure out whatever I need to do to improve What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
