General info Character name: Jilneas Battletag: Prayers#2411 Race, class, level, Artifact Level server: Night Elf, Demon Hunter, 110, 42 (80% to 43) traits. Talent spec: Havoc DPS - Offspec: Vengeance Tank For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft? Total played time: I've played casually for all the expansions but went for hardcore raiding in Legion. Many hours and days ^^ Time played on current character in current expansion: 37 days 20 hours playtime on my DH Guild and raid info Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them: Eldritch - Silvermoon: Casual raiding guild whom i progressed with in EN and 50% of TOV - Went 7/7M and 1/3M with them, progressed Guarm with them. Wasted Talent - Darkspear: My IRL friend recruited and vouched me to this guild, a step up in ranks being a 4 day semi hardcore raiding guild with focus on clearing content in top 200-300. Great playing with them. Sadly i was lucky enough to get a girlfriend, which meant that 4 days raiding was not an option with both her work and wow. Therefore i applied to Scrubz on Silvermoon. Scrubz - Silvermoon: I applied and joined scrubz since they were a decent guild progressing star augur like me. 3 day raiding guild made it possible for me to have a girlfriend while raiding. Great stuff! 2 of my good friends, 1 officer left scrubz yesterday after a ton of drama - drama from day one... But yeah they left, so i decided that i was not up for the drama without my good friends in the guild. The guild disbanded shortly afterwards. So i'm Guildless atm ^^... How did you hear about Inner Sanctum? Some friends of mine have played wow in the competitive scene for quite a while and know how organized and how good of a guild Inner Sanctum is. I asked if they knew anyone, but they didn't ^^. Also Sagart - Your recruitment officer reached out to me, so i also know inner sanctum from him. (even though it's probably you, who'll be reading the app ekss deee) Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU? There's a ton of reasons behind why Inner Sanctum. First of all, it seems like the guild have the same values like i do. We do not tolerate when people consistently underperform and start drama, we focus on doing progress and doing it the best we can. That means people bring their a-game also in farm bosses, not their I-Want-Good-Logs-Game. I was currently about to join a newly started guild on Ravencrest until i came in touch with Sagart. Encouraging me to apply anyway, had given up hope since you already had 2 DHs in the roster. Also found out that the guild i was going to join had nothing but drama, and i would love a nondramatic raid night for once. + the raiding times fits me perfectly. Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you? I do not know anybody except Sagart himself who reached out to me shortly before this. Why me? Well i probably answered it in the text above but to further explain it. I'm focused, teamplayer and i love to corporate. I always love to give and take constructive feedback to further improve the phase of a fight or my own raiding style. I am an outgoing and happy person who enjoys every aspect of gaming and socialize a lot. Nothing worse than a quiet TS/Ventrilo/Discord. I do my job, research and come prepared. What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)? I have a ton of Legion raiding experience. Only as a Demon hunter. My past experience is sadly near to non existent, got 1-2 mythic kills on HFC in WoD. But i've got cutting edge EN and TOV, now raided with 2 top 300 guilds focusing a ton on progress. I've progressed every boss so far, not being benched once for bosses (i can thank DHs and their kit for that haha...) So yes i got a great deal of legion experience, but nothing near the experience your raiders have after what i know. What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum I expect a guild with a realmfirst attitude. A guild with a common goal of raiding and reaching good rankings. Focusing on good pulls, minizing the mistakes and learning fights properly. I expect an organized raiding team, with a RL who is not afraid of giving feedback. Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids? As i said, outgoing person - i tend to talk a lot, and I might sometimes talk during raid  ^) who knows, well yeah i am more than willing to use it, would die without a mic.Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance) Yes i will be able to attend every raid day of your choice. I cannot extend very much more than 3 days. Maybe do 2 weeks of 4 day raiding in the start of a tier, but nothing more. My gf is also having a minor depression so reading that you got a strict 80% attendancy requirement is something i hold close to my heart. That means that you're able to be sick and if my gf have a meltdown, i'll be able to say that i cannot raid today. I will be no where near 80% but it's nice to know that the guild tolerates that. After all we are human beings ^^. How much do you play outside of raiding times? Wow is my favourite game, and i play it a ton. I got a 8-16 hour job, tend to do a lot of overtime but i usually play wow when not with my gf, family or working. Therefore ALOT haha - Done my fair share of M+ boosts. How would you describe yourself as a raider? Me as raider - if i haven't described that already - I'm a focused raider who enjoys top tier progression. Therefore i do my research, watch POVs, do my talent builds etc. I research the mechanics that is important for my role and class so that i am always prepared for the kill. I am honest and can take constructive feedback and admit if im wrong or did a mistake. We are human beings, but that doesn't mean that we cannot admit our mistakes (something a lot of people are having a hard time doing). What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance? I generally made a UI that suits the style of how i play. I will tinker around with it, since it's now fucked after switching realms but i focus on having clear space so that i can see the fight. Important addons are: Elvui - Overall ui, and i like the look of it ^)Weakauras - Insanely important addon keeping track of Cooldowns and fury generation Exorsus raid tools and Angryassignments. If the guild uses these i also do, since they increase the performance if used in corporation with the guild. DBM - Raid timers and more awareness of the fight. GTFO - Makes me not stand in bad shit lul Please supply a screen shot to your UI: I can supply a video since my UI got fucked after realm transfering.
