General info Character name: Shyzana Battletag: Jordo#2372 Race, class, level, Artifact Level server: 110 Pandaren Monk, currently at 43 traits and the server I'm currently on is Stormrage Talent spec: Windwalker For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft? I played on my dads account during BC/WotLK, nothing hardcore, just social raiding from what I can remember(i was quite young). Never played Cata and the beginning of MoP and I got my own account around the beginning of Siege of Orgrimmar. Total played time: 118 Days on the character I'm applying with and around 260 days overall. Time played on current character in current expansion: 55 Days at 110 Guild and raid info Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them: Exiled. Have done 7/7M, 2/3M and 5/10M with them. Other guilds I have been in have disbanded when the going gets tough. Exiled had a few issues with the roster for Nighthold Mythic so a decision was made to merge with another guild of similar progression. The way the raids are prepared for and the consistency of the team after the merge has deteriorated to a point that I can no longer take it. How did you hear about Inner Sanctum? Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU? I have heard good things about Inner Sanctum from my friends and you are also at the progression that I feel I am capable of. I also want to push myself to get better and better and Inner Sanctum definitely sounds like a guild I can achieve that in. I pick up on tactics quickly and can execute any personal responsibilities that may be required of me with ease, I also feel that I can contribute by suggesting ideas that may not have already been considered or have been overlooked. Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you? Oklik and yes he should vouch for me. What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)? I raided a little during BC, Black Temple, Sunwell and Tempest Keep from what I remember although I was only young and played it on my dad's account. Similar thing with WotLK during Naxxramas and Ulduar. Didn't play at all during Cataclysm and the majority of MoP until Siege of Orgrimmar which I got 10/14HC before it became mythic then achieved 14/14 Mythic the next day (It became really trivial after converting to mythic). Did 7/7HC Highmaul and then I was on and off for the remainder of WoD. I returned for Legion and achieved Cutting Edge Xavius (also trivial but an achievement nontheless). Currently sitting on 2/3M Trial of Valor and 5/10M Nighthold. What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum? Wiping on new content is going to happen but I expect good preparation and a highly motivated raid team progressing towards a common goal. Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids? Yes I have a microphone and despite my username i'm not actually shy  Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance) Raid times are perfectly fine for me and I have nothing coming up in the near future that will affect my attendance either. I can't predict any emergencies that may happen but it's unlikely it will affect my attendance. How much do you play outside of raiding times? Pretty much all the time. (Although I spend a lot of time just jumping around Dalaran) How would you describe yourself as a raider? Dedicated and driven. Nothing drives me more than competition and with Cutting Edge progression there is a lot of it. I always want to be the best at my role and my class and i'm dedicated to achieving that. What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance? Pretty much just WeakAuras improves my own personal raiding performance. BigWigs of course so I can time everything for the encounter.
