General info Character name: Hysteria Battletag: Hysteria#2553 Race, class, level, Artifact Level server: Gnome / hunter / max all artifact pre 7.15 , and working on them again now , Silvermoon Talent spec: Marksman For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft? How did you hear about Inner Sanctum? from friends and i really like the good rep your guild have Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU? Because for a very long time I’ve been looking for a guild that wants to put 100% in for progress and to do the best that the guild can do as a whole without sacrificing the environment of the guild or the mutual respect between its raiders and officers. In short I’m looking for a guild that progresses hard without becoming a bad environment I am a highly dedicated player, I will do everything within my power to optimise my character to the maximum of its potential so that it can be of the best benefit of the guild. I am also a “teamplayer” , also I think you should pick me because of my attitude in raids: if I’m told, over Teamspeak or by whispers or whatever, that I have fucked up, I will admit to it and fix it, I have never been one to argue back, always giving my suggestions or thoughts as to what might work better to my Role Manager either during a lull in the raid, or pre- or post-raid, it’s just not our place to argue back at officers or senior members, and it causes nothing but unneeded tension which can be progress-dampening. (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance) yes i can , 100% How much do you play outside of raiding times? 24/7 i don't have anything atm , even if i find a job it won't effect my raid time How would you describe yourself as a raider? i like to proggres thats all i knw about my self atm  What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
