Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
I came from ravencrest actually I was in Trillium/element early this patch this guild broke 
Then I joined TERA Gaming I did a lot progess here again this guild broken down. 
On silver moon I came for current patch with few frnds
I joined Echoes of Divinity but they stopped now raiding now.
Atm I m in Flex Army.. I m thinking to leave bcoz I want really stable guild now… focus on progression also.. guild long term lyf I cant c. as my other guild got disbanded I ffel someday this will also too. So looking for solid long term guild.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
As I m looking for long term guild. I was searching old guild on silvermoon that time I found inner sanctum.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
as IS is really old guild… you must b looking for long term players. And I can perform good in raids as wel as helping old players and new players who are not raiders atm.

ATBT- 8/11, TOS – 5/9, NH-7/10 , started mythic riading with NH..

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids? Yahh,,

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.
U can consider me as 95% attendance minimum.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
Atleast 3 hours day..

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
Serious during pulls…. I accept and learn from mistakes and also tell ppl if any1 is doing mistakes.
and I know importance of being on bench even if u r top dps.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
Weak aura, angry assingments, exorsus RT, DBM, bartender. Etc.

Based on the logs provided and the current progress you are at, you are not the type of player we see being part of our raid team on farm, or in BFA, as there is no parity in your performances compared to our current hunters; we would have given you a trial if we felt you could put pressure on our existing hunters and compete for a spot, but we don't think you can.
