During Legion:
The legion of Kepo: first mythic raiding experience, disbanded during early Nighthold
War Crimes: joined after The legion of Kepo, disbanded due to a few raiders, officers and raid leader quitting not long after we killed star augur

During BFA:
Kepo: current guild, since we killed Ashvane we've had 7-10 main raiders quit WoW which has led to more and more raids being cancelled. Our raid leader has also stepped down this week which is looking to, unfortunately, be the final blow to the guild.

While browsing guilds on wowprogress that were recruiting mages

Considering that Inner Sanctum has been around for 14+ years with a strong and respectable history, it seems to have a dedicated and passionate roster which matches how I feel about WoW and raiding especially.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
The ability to see and clear content with a strong team, while being challenged as a player to help me continue to improve.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes and yes

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance).
Given that you have a similar schedule to my current guild I will have no problems attending every raid.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
Depends on the amount of content I can do to improve my character, since getting full benthic and 70 neck my playtime has dropped a bit. Maybe an hour a day currently.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
Reliable, consistent and motivated. I prioritise mechanics over parsing, while still optimising my damage done throughout progress.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
DBM, details, ERT, weakauras
