Guild and raid info

Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
Essence - Sunstrider / WoD - officers had a mild disagreement that broke the guild
Illumina - Thrall / Legion - Guild broke on KJ progress
Orz - Draenor / Legion - Guild merged with another guild on Argus progress because of roster issues. Most of us didn't like it so we left.

BfA - transferred to alliance Ravencrest -
Blood Syndicate - they started talking about transferring to Horde, I didn't like it, after that I was not that welcomed anymore.
Qualify - Can't seem to go hand to hand with SJW these days, everything you say triggers them. Let's just say I didn't fit.
Ruin - Raided with friends and that is not always the best thing to do if you want to do anything properly. Some people were dragging us down the entire time and, nothing was being managed or handled properly. People stop showing up, roster issues, etc... fails on bosses. Decided to find a new home
Retry - Short 1-week visit shown me that the grass is not greener somewhere else.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
Mr. Lamme/Smalle contacted me after I started looking for a guild on wowprogress.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
I am a team player, most of the time. I do what must be done. If it's not done properly I am a fast learner.

No, except Smalle with whom a talked on discord.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
Started seriously raiding in WoD where I did entire content as support, sometimes DPS, sometimes healer, depends what we needed.
Tanked my way through Legion where I failed to kill end bosses of 3 raids because of mostly guild related issues with roster etc.
Now trying to tank my way through BfA.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
Stable roster, fair leadership, and mutual respect.

Yes

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
Playing some m+ when needed, doing my wq's for ap. Probably more time than raiding.

Observant and vocal, rarely unsure. Focused and thick-skinned.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
Exrt - BigWigs - Weakauras and some UI improvements. Custom nameplates that tell me the information I need to know
