Guild and raid info
Started Raiding in vanilla 40 man pugs, first guild raids LBRS, UBRS, Kara. Have done every raid apart from BT and Sunwell with varying degrees of progress since Vanilla, took some time out of WoW during Cata and WoD due to personal loss. Been in current guild since 2013

Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
Been in a total of 5 guilds, Activity was reformed renamed Knights of old, left them for a slightly more progressive guild Omnium, left them for Theory, a GM I had known since levelling in Searing Gorge in Vanilla. They disbanded so I joined Dark Portal Monkeys, Theory gave it another shot so I rejoined them, failed on reform and re branded as Concept. Concept stopped raiding I joined Independence. So not a guild hopper, stay loyal to guilds through the good times and the bad.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
Have been aware of Inner Sanctum for a long time

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
Inner Sanctum as I mentioned has been around for a long time, and that is exactly what I am looking for in a guild, every guild I have been in has been an established guild, so looking for an established guild, and not a recently formed (grass is always greener type) guild that won't suddenly have a few rage quitters and the guild fold, seen that happen so many times.
As for why accept me, as mentioned I've been around a while, seen it all before, nothing stresses me out. I am reliable (90 percent availability can't promise 100 percent as real life happens. managed 93.7 percent attendance this expansion.) One of the biggest issues in WoW always has been and always will be is some players loot stress, that has never bothered me and never will, loot is loot and even more so now it is a means to and end and is replaced very quickly.
I consider myself an "old school raider" for want of a better phrase and as such am willing to wipe for weeks on end if that what it takes to get a kill, also when it comes to bench sitting, whilst of course everyone wants to raid, I appreciate that sometimes it's needed, I'll be online waiting and get on with something else, being benched never been an issue for me.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
As mentioned before have raided since Vanilla, with varying degress of progress, missed out on a few raids due to personal stuff

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum:
Again as mentioned before a guild with a strong history and as hard as it is for me to leave Lightbringer and the guild I am in, with the next expansion I really want to finish a raid tier whilst relevant, in Lightbringer that is proving more and more difficult, with only one guild there doing it and I don't wish to apply to them.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes I do, and am prepared to talk, but not a great chatter if I'm honest.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.
Yep not an issue, I am self employed, and master of my own destiny, I might miss one Thursday a month on average for a quiz I do, Can't do Tuesdays in the winter (Pool, drinking and merriment), Saturdays in the summer, am captain of my local cricket team.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
Lots as can be highlighted by my AP on main and number of days played across all toons

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
Determined, persistent, pick up mechanics quickly, don't mind doing the shit raiding jobs like orbs in Portal Keeper (Although hated that conveyor belt boss wherever it was I have blanked that horrible job from my mind!)
I am also fully aware of my weaknesses and try harder each time to maximise dps output.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
Big Wigs, Weak Auras, Guild I am in uses Angry assignments, and I have a Elvui set up for interface.

Info about you and what you do when not playing WoW:
As mentioned previously in application, am Self Employed in the storage business, been playing computer games since the ZX Spectrum, so that's a lifetime hooked. Play cricket in the summer, Pool in the Winter, follow just about all sports to varying degrees of interest. Like anyone I like music but anything past 2000 is a bit of a blank spot, definately getting old!

One of the quetions I am sure you will want to know the answer is why leave a guild you have been in for nearly 5 years, and a realm you have been on for 12 years.
The answer to that is I have put of applying elsewhere for numerous expansions, and I admit I will find it hard to leave my current guild, but with Lightbringers general apathy towards raiding, and realm communities not being what they were in Vanilla, I feel I have gone as far as I can on my current realm, tried and pushed and recruited as hard as I can during Legion, bottom line I just can't see it getting any better on Lightbringer. So there comes a time when one has to asses ones own goals, make the jump and commit to something else, it might work out, it might not but I have to give myself a chance, hence my earnestly looking for a step up in raiding with 19 like minded individuals who have the same goals and persistence I do (Lightbringer tends to be populated by people who give up after 2 or 3 weeks of wiping, finding 19 others there who understand that sometimes that will happen has proved impossible in Legion, and I can't see that changing)
Hence this application for the next expansion, I owe it to my guild and colleagues there to see out this expansion with them, I think we will manage 10/11M, but each tier has been hard to get like minded people
