For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft?
I've been playing WoW since 2005. Raided casually since WotLK, and moved up to hardcore raiding in WoD. Legion's structure, and real-life situations, pushed me away from hardcore raiding.

MCO (Shadowsong): Sticked around world #80 during HFC till we curbed on Mannoroth.
Aphex (Draenor): Made this guild with several core raiders from MCO, finished up HFC.
Numen (Draenor): Aphex's core roster took over Numen in order to help with recruitment (Numen was rank #143 at the time). Stayed here from HFC till ToV. Guild disbanded due to burnout issues.
Periculum (Draenor): After taking a break, I joined a more casual guild, but eventually left due to frustration due to overal lack of quality leadership and poor performing members.
Vortex (Silvermoon): After leaving Periculum, I joined old members of Numen in this guild. Guild disbanded on Argus.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
I've known Inner Sanctum as one of the highest ranking guilds in the world back in the early days. My ex gf used to raid here as well.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
I want to clear to raid at the highest level, without having to commit to raiding 5+ days a week and 3+ alts. To me it seems like Inner Sanctum has the same goals.

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you?
I got approached by Markster. Other than, several raiders of Vortex joined as well, with them being Nezgroul, Kevin and Zivs. I'm not in the position to say whether or not they would vouch for me, seeing as they weren't the people I kept contact with in the guild.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
I most importantly expect that other raiders are willing to do what it takes to kill harder bosses, meaning that people should know how encounters work, what class advantages they have, etc etc. Other than that, I expect to find a good atmosphere.

Yes

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.
I can maintain attendance during the listed days. Raid days in BFA are no issue for me.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
Right now, when I'm playing WoW, it's on the beta. I don't play live as much right now, as there is little incentive to do so.

With BFA on the horizon, I'm planning on playing hardcore once the expansion launches. This means starting at midnight on launch day, leveling till max level and then (after some sleep) spending every hour of the week I'm awake playing WoW, other than neccessary stuff like getting groceries and eating.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
Calm, determined, serious.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
WeakAuras and BigWigs (although, I don't look at timers after so many pulls, since the fight becomes muscle memory).

I only have horde alts on Draenor. Ones that I've played most are my DK and hunter.
