For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft?
I began playing back end of BC, and played progressively through WoTLK clearing ICC on 10-man and 25-man HC early into the endgame. I was only young at the time, so my involvement in the game was limited. I left early on in Cataclysm, due to over-simplification of the game (removal of secondary stats, split talents etc) however came back in each expansion hoping to reignite my love for the game. I began playing the current expansion during the week Antorus was released.
Total played time: Over 150 days across all characters.
Time played on current character in current expansion: 23 days.
Guild and raid info
Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
Noobsters (Quel'Thalas) - I left to pursue a more raiding focused guild
Band of Brothers (Quel'Thalas, now disbanded) - I left to change server (to Silvermoon) as I'd hit Rank 1 on the realm. At the time, there were no guilds doing mythic content and the server is quiet.
Current - Lobsters of Spice Moon - We've made good progress through mythic, however I don't feel the raid roster is consistent or skilled enough to tackle the final 2 raid bosses. The guild is not on the 'hardcore' end of the spectrum and doesn't look to replace underperforming raiders.
How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
Through WoWProgress.
Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
From what I've read and heard the guild has a good legacy and has consistently raided for many expansions, where many other guilds fall apart or disband expansion to expansion, and I'm looking to continue raiding at high level into BFA, not start over with a new team in a new guild. I believe me because I'm a skilled player, dedicating time and research to my class beyond youtube and online forums, but into hours stood at a training dummy fiddling stat weights and talents choices. Simulations simply don't cut it for me. I'm mechanically sound with a professional yet fun attitude to raiding and the game in general. Considering I came back with a level 98 DH the week Antorus came out, and I was Rank 1 on the server by Christmas... I'd say that's pretty good going! On the personal side, I'm not a bad guy

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you?
I had a brief chat with Veej earlier in the week, other than that I don't think so.
What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
As I didn't play endgame in the last few expansions, my raiding rep is through Antorus mostly (I'm not counting ICC... that was years ago). I achieved 11/11HC, which doesn't sound like much, but I did it with ONLY pugs who hadn't fought the boss before as raid leader, using discord with randoms to try and organise people. It took 4 days, but we did it, and I made a load of in-game friends who logged in day after day to continue this progress, and I feel it was a great achievement using only only videos and what we could learn from a fight to clear heroic, under geared and underexperienced.
I've also made 9/11 mythic in my current guild.
What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
A professional, well organised and friendly raiding environment.
Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes, and yes. Communication is key (at the right times). I'm a comfortable leader and happy giving advice and taking criticism.
Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance)
My current raid attendance is nearly 100% and I don't expect to be unable to miss any raids regularly. If for any reason I will (unless it's an immediate emergency) I'll always inform someone in good time.
How much do you play outside of raiding times?
This can vary quite widely, as I'm also a university student and work full time.
How would you describe yourself as a raider?
Precise. I like to nail mechanics to a tee, as well as squeeze the extra 1% out of my character at every opportunity. This can be shown where I regularly appear as having taken the least avoidable damage, and have timings of my abilities on point. Many people disregard Demon Hunters as a very easy class to play, however there's a subtle art to getting that top tier damage output, as well as defensive capability. I am ranked #7 on the realm for Havoc DH's, and could easily jump to 5th with some clean kills on Kin'Garoth, Vari and Coven (as my DPS is 80th percentile + until everyone starts to die...).
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
I currently use DBM, GTFO, Tell Me When (occasionally), Weak Auras (premade, usually only on Eonar) and Recount (I like to keep track of where I am at any one time). I use online Sims occasionally (Mr.Robot), but prefer to find out for myself.
Please supply a screen shot to your UI:
Lacking a hosting site, my UI is classic (with the exception of when I turn Tell Me When on). I use built in features such as floating text, but other than that, I like it just the way it is.

Info about you and what you do when not playing WoW: I'm a University student studying Sports Science, I'm not actually a PC gamer (sorry guys, console for me) and am currently hooked on PUBG. I'm also a rugby player, and a regional manager for an events promotion company. Other than that, my puppo is fairly time consuming (7 months, he's an adorable nightmare).
