I've been playing WoW since BC but started raiding in WoTLK. I had some breaks during this time but in the last 3 expansions i always had raiding Mythic (Heroic Legacy) progress.

Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
I am currently raiding in <Dacian Wolves> guild which was formed at the beginning of the expansion by friends with whom I raided several years. Here I am the raid leader since the creation of the guild and Pwnsight was my former officer. The reason why I would like to join you guys is because we are having roster problems and we are really struggling finding new ppl capable of raiding and many decided to take a break.
How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
It was kind of hard not hearing of you guys, especially since i am an old raider.
Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
I think I have the proper mind set for raiding, i have experience regarding raiding, i am disciplined and I understand fight mechanics. I think Inner Sanctum has an important legacy on Silvermoon and I want to be part of some.

I only know Pwnsight who just joined you.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
I expect a nice and disciplined raiding environment but also having a good time during raiding sessions.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance)
Yes, the raiding schedule is ok for me.
How much do you play outside of raiding times?
It depends the case (work issues or IRL). I usually log in on a daily basis.
How would you describe yourself as a raider?
Experienced, disciplined, capable of having wipes. For me the most important thing is to bring down the boss.
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
DBM, Elvui, WeakAuras, Angry Assignments, Skada, Death Note, Simulation Craft, Simpermut, Tidy Plates

Currently I am not playing any alts since Legion wasn't very friendly with alts and being a Raid Leader took extra time for me to prepare.
