Only notable ones are Vici and PFM. I started a guild with some friends at the end of MoP to try and clear whatever content was released. After we cleared heroic highmaul we were struggling with attendance for mythic. I pugged a heroic butcher kill for the gloves, one of the other people in the pug added me on bnet and asked me to join their TS server. After talking to him for a while he wanted me to join their guild, and I accepted because they already had a decent mythic team and were progressing brackenspore (already having killed kargoth and buthcer).

We progressed 5/7, then BRF came out. For some reason the guild really struggled with BRF and after wiping for days on beastlord we finally killed it. We then went for Hanz&Franz. Several raiders were disagreeing with the strategy the raid leader/GM had come up with and suggested a tactic we thought would be easier. The GM for some reason got really mad at us for suggesting what he wanted to do wasn't the better strategy. Literally stood on Hanz&Franz for 2 hours arguing strategies, guild disbanded the day after, oh well.

Started looking for guilds on wowprogress with around the same progress I already had that were looking for mages. Found a guild named Project Flying Monkey. Started my first raid with them on their first progress day on flamebender (them already having killed beastlord, Hanz&Franz, oregorger and gruul) and I really liked this guild. Cleared rest of WoD with this guild, with several struggles during the expansion, considering so many people quit because of the lack of content. I think at the end of WoD it was Me + a rogue that joined the same day as me, the GM and a boomkin that were left from the raiding team we had when I joined. Several of the people that quit joined again at the start of legion refreshed and ready to raid.

I got a new job at the end of WoD, which ment I would be late for some raids. I was pretty burned out, but considering mages were so OP, and our team pretty thinned out at the end of WoD I didn't want to leave the guild hanging. I tried to rank a bit since a lot of people rolled mage alts so we could kill bosses in minutes. I think our fastest Iron Reaver kill was 27s, which was at the time the 2nd fastest kill in the world I set up a deal with the officers that I raided every other week till Legion, which helped me not burn out too much.

Anyway during Legion, my work hours didn't change and neither did our raid times. So I could only join during some progress kills during EN. I was there for Ursoc, dragons and xavius.

For HoV I was there for all kills.

Prior to NH getting released I knew fire wasn't gonna be the better spec anymore, but wasn't sure if it was arcane or frost that would be. I gambled on arcane, farmed all the AP I could and got legendaries for it. Ofc frost would turn out to be the better spec I cleared heroic and killed the 3 first bosses on mythic. My best friend in the guild, another mage left for a guild with better progress, and so did our raid leader. Now this guild was full of DPS whores, mostly caring about ranks, even on progress kills, so when it came to doing tactics I always volunteered because ranks didn't really matter that much to me on progress. Since both the RL and the other mage were leaving (the only other 2 people doing bitch duty tactics) I felt progress was gonna be a pain, and since my work hours weren't really matched up with the raid hours anymore anyway I quit the game. Several other people quit/left the guild after us 3, the guild merged with another one, killed krosus then disbanded on botanist progress because no one did tactics lol.

I started playing again a couple of months ago. Lvl'd up a new paladin and have been mostly playing on that char. I've played mage since TBC so casually raiding on something else is a breath of fresh air. Though if I'm to raid mythic again I only trust my ability as a mage, as thats the only thing I've played at a higher level.

You're one of the few guilds I can find that can fit my schedule.
I'm an experienced mythic raider whom you can trust the bitch duty stuff to. I rarely fail on mechanics, I think the last one I struggled with was Iron Reavers barrage on heroic

WotLK: Cleared Naxx 25, EoE 25, Sarth 2D, 7/14 ulduar. Also did 11/12N ICC on my rogue
Cata: 6/6 N BWD - 1/6HC, 5/5 N BoT, 2/2 N TFW.
MoP: Didn't raid. Hovered between 2200 and 2300 in RBGs.
WoD: 7/7M HM, 10/10 M BRF, 13/13 M HFC
Legion: 7/7M EN, 3/3M ToV, 3/10M NH - Quit game at krosus progression

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
A guild that progresses at a decent pace. Considering you're only raiding 2 days I think you're doing pretty well.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
I have no problem using my mic. I can be pretty vocal if I feel like something needs to be said.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance)
I work early every monday, and never work sundays so I should be able to be there 100% of the time.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
Right now I play 1-2 hours a day, casually. Usally at the start of the expansion I play from when I get home from work till I go to bed.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
