GENERAL:
Name - Rogchamp
Battletag - Rozz1998#2646
Female Human (thicc), Death Knight, 110, Artifact 71 for frost/67 Unholy.*

*I play both hand in hand, gravitating to whatever is best for the tier/encounter, frost is looking much stronger for Antorus, so my focus is there currently.

Been playing for on and off since MoP, but by playing, I mean I did a random HC and LFR once every few weeks. But I stepped into organised raiding this xpac and fell in love with it.

103 days played on this character, 89 at max level.

GUILD & RAID INFO:
VLR - There's no bad blood here, they were perfectly suited for me when I joined, they took me in with barely any experience but I really started to develop as a player as I started to get into the swing of Mythic progress raiding. Ultimately I was offered the promotion to Officer, which I took, which opened my eyes even more to the nature of raiding and how a competitive guild should function. But both tiers now, we have chased the final kill, within 5/10 days of the next raid releasing, the guild is young, and on a dying so and stability is an ever increasing issue, for me the natural next step is to push myself over and over, and as a result, I'm looking to move elsewhere.

I heard about Inner Sanctum through WoWprogress, over your time on WoW you seen plenty of guild profiles whether you're searching to for a new guild, or just browsing to take formats for your own etc, but IS had the quote ''Due to having such few hours to raid each week, we expect near perfect performance and attendance'', this is perfectly aligned with what I'm looking for in regards to a guild and my own personal performance. You also don't 'demand' a huge back catalogue of raiding experience which makes me believe that you will look into any player who's worth a shit and has some drive.

I will only get better, I understand that my role in a raid is to have a job, and to master it at the same time to be able to make on the fly decisions to make everyone else's life's easier during the encounter. I'm competitive, I'll never leave an encounter without thinking about what I can do better, how I can squeeze any inch of extra performance. I still remember, we recruited a trial at the start of this tier, who out DPS'ed me on a farm kill, by only a small margin, but regardless of him having more traits/optimised gear, it didn't stop me spending close to an hour post raid analysing logs and my own performance until I had found the answer, I don't play to be average or to be on the bench. My goal at the start of this expansion, was to clear heroic, and kill at least one boss in Mythic. Now, with cutting edge, and the ultimate goal to better myself, I want to be part of this guild.

I know no one on this server or in the Guild - coming from Terenas, EU's deadest server.

In regards to raiding history, I fall down slightly here, since this is my first ever tier of organised raiding. But I achieved 4/7 EN, 10/10 NH and currently 300+- pulls into KJ.

A stable guild, with a competitive raiding environment where people are expected to perform to the best of their ability and to push themselves and each other. And to ultimately become a member of a community for the long run.

I have a mic and intend to use it.

Attendance is not an issue, my working hours don't overlap any of the times, but I'm not a cretin, so any emergency where I don't think I can make a raid will get a heads up in advance, whether that's in game or via forums/discord.

I play every day, some days less than others, but It's certainly my biggest time sink, there's very few days where I won't at least log in. But I'm not a player who will log on, raid, and log off, I keep my relevant characters up to date and feel like that's to be expected.

As a raider I'd use the words decisive and versatile, these sound like really business-y buzz words I know. ResidentSleeper But I say versatile because during this tier alone, I have been on interrupt duty on DI and Harj, I have played all 3 specs on my DK during progress, as well as playing both Frost and Fire on my Mage alt on fights that favoured more ranged. I've also taken on 'shit jobs' such as solo soaking touches on avatar, being the third KJ tank and sacrificing myself on several occasions to save wipes.

And I say decisive since becoming an officer at the end of last tier, I have made sure I'm always personally prepared, as well as being involved with creating tactics, making on the fly calls and decisions. For me personally, wiping or messing something up because I couldn't make a decision, is worse than making the wrong decision, especially early into progress when you can't foresee the outcomes as reliably. Despite putting 200+ pulls on Avatar as a fire mage, when I came on DK, I was always able to step into a missed beam, or call the soak I'm taking if they're particularly close.

I will never 'um and ah' or turn down a job because 'I can't', what's the point of raiding if that's the case.

In Raid - BigWigs, WeakAuras, GTFO (LUL), ViewPort, Details(being able to analyse where damage is going/coming from etc pull to pull is essential for me in terms of changing up elements of my play to help better the raid) and SuF for boss frames. I also use twitch emotes v2 so I can spam PogChamp 's between wipes.

*Please note that I played Unholy exclusively during 7.2.5 so feel free to refer to those logs, also, it would also be nice to have logs from farm, but we didn't have much on farm and when we did. I offered to sit for a people who needed the gear.*

RELEVANT ALTS -
I'm more than happy to play alts for the sake of progress or even rerolling.

Mage, still lacking 2nd BiS, but relatively up to date in terms of gear and AP - 70 traits.

Rogue, also lacking 2nd BiS, and slightly behind the curve in terms of AP and gear, but I intent on keeping this as up to date, if not more up to date, than my mage - 67 traits.

https://www.warcraftlogs.com/rankings/c ... bracket=-1 - set to 'by item level' since I wanted you to see I have a clear understanding of the class despite not having the gear and time investment as my others.

I also have a panda shaman called Thiccdaddy, not relevant, but I wanted to share the name Kreygasm

IRL INFO:
The name's Rorie, 19 and from the UK. Currently taking a year out from Uni and working part time as a barista, I have a passion for music and spend most of my other free time playing, recording or listening to it, I guess that's all the relevant stuff to share, sometimes I can be funny too.

EXTRA:
I understand that my application is quite a risk, I have no crazy raiding history/experience, I'm coming from a middle of the road guild, with no players on this server to vouch for me, but it's hard for me to put into words the drive and the will I have to improve and develop to be the best player I can.

I also understand that you have sub-teams within the guild, so if it's an instant decline after you realise I have a panda called 'Thiccdaddy', I would love to have a discussion about maybe applying to a sub-team (if that's how it works'

If you got this far, thanks for reading, and thanks for any response you may give!

Hey Rogchamp,

I regret to inform you that your application has been unsuccessful.

We wish you the best of luck in finding a new guild.
