Talent spec:
Tier 15: Cenarion Ward; This gives me an extra hot on a 30 second cooldown. Currently it is too strong to choose any other talent. Here are some pro’s of the talent:

#1 The hot gets a boost from my mastery, making it quite strong
#2 The hot can get extended with the tier 100 talent, Nourish.
#3 The hot is also effected by our artifact weapon, making it even more powerfull.

Tier 30: Displacer Beast; Who does not want a blink that saves you from sticky situations?

Tier 45: Guardian Affinity; I personally like the extra 6% damage reduction

Tier 60: Mass Entanglement/Typhoon; Depending on what fight makes what talent in this tier usefull

Tier 75: Cultivation; This gives an extra hot to the target and is currently stronger then the other 2 options.

Tier 90: Spring Blossoms/Inner Peace; This talent depends on the tactic aswell as the boss fight. If I am assigned to only do 1 tranquility in a fight, then there is no point in taking Inner Peace and therefor making Spring Blossoms the go to talent. If I am allowed (and it actually is needed) to use multiple tranquilities in a fight, then it is worth taking the Inner Peace talent.

Tier 100: Nourish; Nourish extends all of my hots with 6 seconds, making it extremely powerfull.

For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft?
I started playing at the end of vanilla, where my raiding experience started in Kharazan on a rogue. In all those years, I mostly played as a resto druid, but played all roles on different classes to be quite honest.

Total played time: Started at the end of Vanilla (with breaks in between) so I lost the count, haha.

Time played on current character in current expansion: 30 days.

Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
NoM – Twisting Nether
The year before WOD expansion, I have been a part of NoM – Twisting Nether, where I still am with some of my alts. I left them in a friendly atmosphere a copple weeks before the expansion came out, because I wanna be a part of a more dedicated guild, where I can improve myself.
We did this in a friendly, mature way which allowed them to recruit a new monk with having enough time before the expansion hit. I still talk to them on a daily basis.
This has led me in to the guild Fang – Kazzak.

Fang – Kazzak

From the start of the WOD expansion I have been playing for Fang – Kazzak where we have downed 7 out of 7 bosses on mythic difficulty (personally 4 out of 7) in Highmaul. Unfortunately their early raid times (18:45) were starting to be an issue with my work sometimes (can elaborate this in ts3), where the best option was to find a more suitable guild or be social. I don't want to hold up a raid spot if I can't commit a 100% attendance or close to it. I decided to step down and be a social player and at a later stage leaving them.
I raided in both guilds as a windwalker monk with having brewmaster as offspec. After Fang I had a break for a copple months. I came back as I missed wow and started playing for the guild Dream Infusion – Kazzak.

Dream Infusion – Kazzak

I played in this guild as a mistweaver monk. Unfortunately I joined at a bad time as they had a lot of core raiders leaving/getting kicked and were on the verge of getting disbanded. On one night there was a big meeting, where to me it looked like the GM gave up. 3 days later the guild was disbanded so I was a free agent again.

Infusion – Kazzak

I joined Infusion as a social (as a healer) with the intention of becoming a trial after I had a nice chat with the guildmaster. I was lacking gear to raid mythic at the time so I would try to gear myself up in pugs, before applying as trial. At some day there tanks didn’t show up and I decided to help out as I had tank offspec with a history of tanking. We killed the last 2 bosses on heroic and at that point it was mainraid time, where the main tanks still were nowhere to be found. They asked me if I could tank atleast the first boss in mythic and maybe even the second one, depending on how long it would take to kill the first boss. With a ilvl of 700 at the time I decided to try helping them out and we managed to kill the first 2 bosses with just 1 or 2 wipes. At that time the maintanks were online and my assistance was for filled.

After that night of helping out, I realized how much I love tanking as I always had on my monk. I made a radical decision on going for tanking and leaving mistweaver for what it is.
At the time of gearing up for mythic, I decide to withdraw my trial as they already had 3 other tanks. I wanted to find myself a guild where I could be more usefull and where the social aspect was better as it was lacking for me in this guild.

Dreamcatchers – Kazzak

After my short time in Infusion I found myself a trial spot in the guild Dreamcatchers. I joined the same time as a prot paladin where we would have a 3 tank rotation. After 3 weeks I managed to get the raider rank, where the paladin still was trial after 7 weeks. I became the new tank next to their current tank and we managed to kill 7 out of 13 mythic bosses.

After being active again in the game CS:GO I sort of quited WOW. Then Legion came closer and closer and I started doing more and more research. The need to play World of Warcraft was there again and since I already was in a large gaming community to play CS:GO games, it was easy for me to join their WOW guild on Kazzak to start the new expansion. I had a chance of playing my resto druid again (my old love) and till the day today still like it very much.
Just before Trial of Valor release, the guild disbanded from the community and created their own guild, which I joined them on. After the holidays, there were unfortunately too many people not showing up or not able to play anymore. After waiting it out for a copple of weeks I made the decision of joining another guild as I wanted to raid. I did this in consultation with the still active members. We still hang out on a daily basis.

Meme – Kazzak

After that I joined the guild called Meme, where I raided the Nighthold content with. Unfortunately, 2 gm’s got in to a fight and then after a guild meeting it has been decided to disband. So I was a free agent once again ;(

After that I did a trial in Endless, which is a respectfull guild and they told me I would pass my trial, but after a minor incident they decide not to do it (can elaborate in Discord).

After that I went back playing the game CounterStrike Global Offensive and had some months off in World of Warcraft, which is the reason I am a bit behind in artifact/gear/progress.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
I knew about this guild in previous expensions as I was looking in joining an alliance guild before, but now I actually have two 110 characters on Silvermoon and got more familiar in the realm.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
Inner Sanctum seems to have the same raid mindset as myself, which is trying to achieve raiding progression with having a good organization and structure. It also looks like a long term guild, which I am looking for.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
I expect to find a new solid guild, which I can call my ‘home’. I am not looking to join for the short term, but want to be in here for the long term.

I am looking for re-find my mythic raiding abilities.

Inner Sanctum seems a nice, friendly guild that respects other players. Inner Sanctum also has a high level raiding environment with dedicated people and good raiding times.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
I do have a microphone and will use it when needed.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance)
I have no issues with the raid times at all. They fit perfectly.
 
How much do you play outside of raiding times?
I have many alts, which means I will spend a lot of time, outside raiding, playing them.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
I am a friendly, easy going raider that is willing to adapt when needed. This includes playing an offspec in order to get a kill.

I have a competitive mindset, where I try to perform at the best level I can, while we achieve greater things as a team.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
Elvui: For a better looking UI
Bigwigs: For knowing when certain boss mechanics will happen
Weakauras: For boss fight mechanics as class specific showing as spells/uptimes

There are some other minor addons which have certain value, but these are the main ones.

I can make the ilvl a little higher, but I believe this is currently the best gear combination for me.

Extra information:

I am aware that I am currently lacking some gear and artifact as I have been on a break and when I came back I invested in my mage. I am more then happy to prove myself to earn a spot in the second team.
